LENDING MANAGER
Michelle’s been with Lending Room since 2016 and knows the lending world inside out. With a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services and full accreditation with all major banks, she’s your go-to for getting things over the line. Her strong relationships with lenders mean your application’s in safe, savvy hands.
When she’s off duty, Michelle’s either spending time with her daughter and fiancé or geeking out over anything to do with cars.
Priyanka
SENIOR LOAN SPECIALIST
Priyanka’s been in the lending game for over 11 years and brings a calm, no-nonsense approach to every application. She’s all about cutting through the confusion, explaining things in plain English, and making sure you feel confident at every step.
She’s got a knack for finding great outcomes and loves helping Kiwis take control of their finances without the stress. Off the clock, she’s either smashing shuttlecocks, solving chess puzzles or kicking back with the whānau.

Lauren joined Lending Room in 2021, bringing over a decade of experience in finance and a reputation for top-notch customer service. She handles high volumes like a champ and works hard to make sure every client gets a personalised experience that feels easy and straightforward.
