Thinking about buying a home or refinancing your mortgage? You’ve probably come across the term LVR – Loan-to-Value Ratio. Sounds a bit finance-y and intimidating, right?
To be eligible to apply, you must:
Are 18 or older
Bring in at least $600 a week into your own bank account
Are a NZ citizen, resident or have a work visa with at least 13 months left
Have photo ID like a passport or driver licence
Have a good credit history (some lenders may accept limited history for visa holders)
